Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $4.99
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods are outside our control.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The book is in its original condition — unread, unmarked, and undamaged
The book is in its original packaging
You have your order confirmation email or proof of purchase
We are not able to accept returns on:
Books that have been read, written in, or damaged after delivery
Discounted or promotional orders (including educator and school discount orders)
Digital or downloadable products (if applicable in the future)
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at hello@beauceron.studio with the subject line "Return Request – [Order Number]." Include your name, order number, and reason for return. We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer. We do not issue refunds for orders that are refused at delivery or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Exchanges
